RAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER
As the Rail Operations Manager at Elite Project Services, Alex Green is responsible for all aspects of the company’s rail operations. He serves as the primary point of contact for clients, focusing on maintaining and building long-term customer relationships.
With extensive knowledge of the rail and construction industries, Alex oversees and manages client contracts from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. OPERATIONS MANAGER
Karen is responsible for the effective running of Elite Project Services, ensuring that all departments operate within budget parameters.
With a strong finance background, she has cultivated her rail industry expertise over the five years since joining the Elite team.

Justin Wong serves as the Contracts & Customer Relationship Manager at Elite Project Services, where he expertly manages all training client contracts to ensure compliance. His primary focus is on negotiating terms and fostering strong relationships with clients.
A key player in driving customer satisfaction, Justin supports retention efforts and ensures the successful delivery of services across the HM Prison industry, government-led training partnerships, and the wider public sector.

HSEQ – COMPLIANCE MANAGER

With a wealth of experience in the rail industry, Debra plays a critical role in ensuring that our operations adhere industry standards of safety, compliance, and quality, not just meeting, but exceeding regulatory and industry expectations. Debra's extensive background in rail equips her with a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges of maintaining safe and efficient operations. She brings a strategic approach to risk management, working proactively to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures to safeguard both our personnel and Railway Infrastructure. Her expertise extends all areas of HSEQ, from creating and enforcing safety policies to overseeing environmental impact assessments and quality control procedures.

NSAR TRAINING MANAGER

Abdullah plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of training programs that meet the rigorous standards set by NSAR and other accrediting bodies. With a wealth of experience in training management and compliance, he maintains high standards across all aspects of the training process, from planning and delivery to assessment and documentation. His dedication ensures that all training programs are not only compliant with NSAR's (National Skills Academy for Rail) accreditation standards but also tailored to meet the evolving needs of the rail industry. His role is vital in maintaining the integrity and quality of the training process, which directly contributes to the development of a skilled, competent workforce that adheres to the highest industry standards.

POSSESSION PLANNER
Lauren Dunne is our dedicated Possession Planner, playing a vital role in supporting the rail team with planning and project assistance. With a wealth of knowledge in railway geography and network capability, she implements best practice techniques to ensure smooth operations.
Lauren is responsible for producing and maintaining Planning and SSOW plans, applying her expertise to secure necessary approvals while prioritizing safety and performance measures. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence significantly contribute to the success of our rail projects.

COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Julie is responsible for ensuring that Elite Project Services adheres to Network Rail, Sentinel, and RISQ rules and procedures. Having been with the team since its inception, she has played a crucial role in the company's development and growth.
With a proactive approach to challenges, Julie oversees the training and development of all operatives, ensuring that Sentinel compliance is consistently up to date. Her dedication to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance is integral to our operations, helping to foster a culture of excellence within the organisation.
LIBERTY DUNNE
PRISON & TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR
Liberty is responsible for the smooth operation of our “On the Right Track” HM Prison training course, serving as the first point of contact for delegates embarking on their training journey upon release.
She effectively liaises with trainers and staff within HM Prisons and provides support for our NSAR training courses.
Liberty's dedication to facilitating the training process at Elite Project Services helps us ensure that all delegates receive the guidance and resources they need in order to succeed in their new careers in rail and construction.

RESOURCE OFFICER
Catherine is responsible for fulfilling business and client resource requests in a timely and professional manner. With over six years of rail experience, she began her career working on the track, giving her valuable insights into the industry's demands.
Catherine ensures that all team members are fully aware of their roles and responsibilities, helping to guarantee that they arrive on site on time and fully equipped. Her commitment to operational efficiency and team coordination plays a key role in the successful execution of our projects.

FLEET & EQUIPMENT OFFICER
Polly plays a crucial role as Fleet & Equipment Officer, overseeing the effective management and operation of the Fleet, Plant & Equipment. Working closely with the Rail Operations Manager and the Rail team, Polly ensures that each job's requirements are met efficiently and professionally.
Her responsibilities include ensuring all vehicles and equipment are regularly serviced, and that their insurances and calibrations are kept up to date, which is essential for maintaining safety standards and operational continuity. Polly’s attention to detail and proactive approach help support the smooth running of operations and the overall performance of the fleet.
