As the founder of Elite Project Services, Martin brings over 25 years of experience in the Rail sector. He is passionate about driving change and creating employment opportunities for ex-offenders who successfully complete our “On the Right Track” training program.

KAREN BOTT
OFFICE/FINANCE MANAGER
Karen is responsible for the effective running of Elite Project Services, ensuring that all departments operate within budget parameters.
With a strong finance background, she has cultivated her rail industry expertise over the five years since joining the Elite team.
In her role, Karen oversees the development and maintenance of business objectives, focusing on maximizing productivity and profitability. Her strategic approach and keen financial insight are essential to driving the company’s success and operational efficiency across the board.

JUSTIN WONG
CONTRACTS & CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Justin Wong serves as the Contracts & Customer Relationship Manager at Elite Project Services, where he expertly manages all training client contracts to ensure compliance. His primary focus is on negotiating terms and fostering strong relationships with clients.
A key player in driving customer satisfaction, Justin supports retention efforts and ensures the successful delivery of services across the HM Prison industry, government-led training partnerships, and the wider public sector.
His commitment to excellence and client engagement is instrumental in enhancing our service offerings and maintaining high standards of performance.

DEBRA COLFER
HSEQ – COMPLIANCE MANAGER
With a wealth of experience in the rail industry, Debra plays a critical role in ensuring that our operations adhere industry standards of safety, compliance, and quality, not just meeting, but exceeding regulatory and industry expectations.
Debra's extensive background in rail equips her with a deep understanding on the complexities and challenges of maintaining safe and efficient operations. She brings a strategic approach to risk management, working proactively to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures to safeguard both personnel and Railway Infrastructure. Her expertise extends to all areas of HSEQ, from creating and enforcing safety policies to overseeing environmental impact assessments and quality control procedures.

LAUREN DUNNE
POSSESSION PLANNER
Lauren Dunne is our dedicated Possession Planner, playing a vital role in supporting the rail team with planning and project assistance. With a wealth of knowledge in railway geography and network capability, she implements best practice techniques to ensure smooth operations.
Lauren is responsible for producing and maintaining Planning and SSOW plans, applying her expertise to secure necessary approvals while prioritizing safety and performance measures.
Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence significantly contribute to the success of our rail projects.

JOANNE HENTY
TRAINING MANAGER
Joanne is responsible for the effective management and coordination of training services at Elite Project Services, ensuring that all training programmes are delivered efficiently, professionally and to the required industry standards.
With extensive experience in management, Joanne has developed strong expertise across the rail and construction sectors, supporting the delivery of industry-recognised and accredited training programmes.
In her role, Joanne oversees the planning and scheduling of courses, trainer coordination, client relationships and training compliance. Her organised approach and commitment to quality are essential to ensuring a seamless training experience for clients and delegates, while supporting the continued growth and success of Elite Project Services.

COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Julie is responsible for ensuring that Elite Project Services adheres to Network Rail, Sentinel, and RISQ rules and procedures. Having been with the team since its inception, she has played a crucial role in the company's development and growth.
With a proactive approach to challenges, Julie oversees the training and development of all operatives, ensuring that Sentinel compliance is consistently up to date. Her dedication to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance is integral to our operations, helping to foster a culture of excellence within the organisation.

LIBERTY DUNNE
PRISON & TRAINING CO-ORDINATOR
Liberty is responsible for coordinating Elite Project Services’ training programmes and prison engagement initiatives, ensuring that training is effectively planned, organised and delivered to a high standard across all programmes.
With a strong focus on training coordination and social value, Liberty has developed extensive experience working with clients, training providers, prisons and industry partners to create meaningful opportunities for individuals to gain valuable skills, qualifications and employment pathways.
In her role, Liberty oversees delegate onboarding, course scheduling, trainer coordination, client communication and training administration, while also supporting the delivery of Elite Project Services’ prison-based programmes. Her commitment to creating opportunities and changing futures plays an important role in supporting the company’s social value objectives and continued growth.
