In 2022, we launched our social value training centre to support rail and construction companies with upskilling existing staff and most importantly individuals who have been on long term unemployment, may have a criminal conviction, or may have previously found it difficult to access these industries. Our current staff are highly trained and experienced individuals who can support in all the above areas to ensure social value is at the core of our company.

At the heart of our business and the passion of the Director, we are currently undertaking Training in 10 HM Prisons across London and the surrounding areas. We offer awareness and accreditation courses for the Rail and Construction sectors.
